By purchasing our sofas, coffee tables, TV stands, or living room decor via minimalss.com (our Shopify store), you agree to these terms. For support, use the contact details below.

1. Account & Shopify Platform

  • Registration: Provide accurate details (name, email, shipping address) when creating an account. Update info promptly (e.g., new address for a sofa order) to avoid delivery delays—bulky furniture requires precise coordinates.
  • Platform Rules: Our store operates on Shopify—their Terms of Service govern payment security, account access, and checkout functionality. You’re responsible for unauthorized account use (e.g., unintended coffee table purchases).

2. Orders & Payment

  • Confirmation: After Shopify checkout, we verify stock (e.g., minimalist sofas, wooden TV stands) and check item condition (e.g., sofa fabric, decor glass) within 2 business days. Orders are confirmed once shipped (track via your Shopify order link).
  • Payments: Prices are final at checkout (excludes taxes/delivery surcharges for Alaska/Hawaii). Shopify Payments secures transactions (credit cards, PayPal, etc.). Failed payments require verification; unpaid orders cancel after 48 hours.
  • Cancellations: No personal cancellations post-confirmation. Forced cancellations incur an 8% fee (covers heavy-duty packaging for furniture and order processing costs).

3. Products & Shipping

  • Specifications: Product details (size, material, features—e.g., sofa upholstery type, TV stand shelf count) follow minimalss.com’s Shopify product pages. Minor color variations (e.g., coffee table wood tone, decor paint shade) are normal due to production batches.
  • Shipping: Adheres to our Shipping Policy. Our Mount Holly hub (209 Front St, Mount Holly, NJ, 08060) is not for delivery. A $22 re-shipping fee applies for wrong/incomplete addresses (higher for large furniture: $35 for sofas/TV stands).

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: 30-day returns (unused, unassembled for furniture, original packaging intact); 15-day exchanges for defects (e.g., torn sofa fabric, cracked coffee table glass, chipped decor).
  • Costs: We cover shipping for defective/wrong items. For personal reasons (e.g., changed sofa size needs), you pay return shipping + 7% restocking fee (covers item inspection, repackaging—processed via Shopify Refunds).
  • Ineligible Items: Used products (stained sofas, scratched TV stands), assembled coffee tables, or decor with broken parts—refused.

5. Liability & Updates

  • Liability: We’re responsible for manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty TV stand hinges) but not for damage from improper use (e.g., decor breakage from mishandling) or normal wear (e.g., sofa fabric fading over time). Shopify handles platform issues (e.g., payment errors).
  • Policy Changes: Terms may update—postings on minimalss.com take effect immediately. Continuing to shop signifies acceptance of updated terms.
